Ceilings
Many designers call the ceiling the third wall. It is becoming a characteristic of the modern times that constructors often introduce various architectural elements in the ceiling. Even in medium class dwellings channels and arch ceiling are becoming a common feature. However, it is the hanging ceiling with crown moulding that currently top the list of the most wanted architectural elements. Surely, the open sky for its part is the first thing that comes to your mind when thinking about the possible themes for ceiling paintings, however the choices offered by the modern techniques of ceiling paintings are remarkably wider than that.

Children’s rooms
Sometimes it can be great fun to transform the children’s room into the kid’s own fantasy world. An overall single-theme painting and decoration of the walls and the ceiling is called the “ultimate makeover”. The selection of the theme is exclusively a matter of your own and your child’s preferences. Little girls would certainly prefer Cinderella, fairytale princesses, palaces and blossoming gardens. Little boys instead usually opt for superheroes, magnificent scenery, jungle animals and marine themes.

Dining-room
The dining-room should be a very special place, both alluring and pleasing, a place, where your family and guests could relax and enjoy a quality time together by having a good conversation over a good meal. This can be achieved by means of a beautiful scenery wall painting.

Entrance hall/foyer
Your guests start to develop the first impression about your house when coming through the front door. Artistic paintings on the walls will be the right ingredient to make sure that you have not missed the opportunity to create an inviting and cosy atmosphere straight from your very doorstep.

Faux wall niches
There may be certain spots in the interior, where, apparently, a wall niche would best fit in. Faux wall niches are used to create an effect of a perspective and to refine the interior with exclusive elements and a unique style.

Wall niches – design, decorations and paintings
At times we happen to come across wall niches, which already are artistically well-designed and nicely blended in the overall interior. In this case we can accentuate it by using certain background elements or marginal paintings to highlight the central artwork.

The use of fine arts in wall niches
Many interior designers and house-owners sometimes have to deal with problematic niches. Namely, the wall niche apparently calls for artistic wall decorations, however, it seems that there is nothing to be found in the terms of the required colouring, size or adequate style. We will help you to find just the right solution for your individual niche.

Stairway/hall
The walls of the stairway and the hall are the perfect disposition for wall paintings. We have done wall paintings in many interiors, where these areas, owing to the work accomplished by our artists, have since become the focal points (the dominant elements) of the interior.

Trompe L’Oeil
In French “Trompe L’Oiel” means to “that which fools the eye”; it is possible that you have come across this term before, just that the meaning was not clear. Ever since we are born our eyes and brain constantly cooperate to enable us to see in perspective. The effect of a perspective is created by a combination of light and shadow, and the human eye can differentiate amongst three or more dimensions. Knowing this our artists can produce an illusion of a perspective by making one-dimensional objects, for instance, wall paintings appear as three-dimensional formations. However, it takes a highly skilled artist to make this “trick” work. The artist must be able to tell precisely where the light should fall and how the shades should be disposed. It is not an easy job to fool the human eye, therefore everything must be done accurately and up to the highest professional standards.
